A space for your exhibition cars will be put at your disposal.It will always be possible to use your own bower (itmust be white and in good shape) (cfr « options »).
May we draw your ATTENTION to the fact that all the exhibition cars must be English (all other nationalities are excluded).
HOW MUCH?
It will cost you 75€ per car. You can call on us for any other requirements that would meet your needs. All the generated profits will be transferred to the social actions of the Kiwanis.
PROMOTION?
We will set up a multi-channel communication round the British Car Meeting. Among others a facebook page recently created and which already generates quite an interest, a website, radio-spots, numerous paper-supports that will be distributed at all the fairs and exhibitions (Interclassics, Essen, Gent, Rétromobile Paris, Car-fair,...).

- Extra arbor 6x4m: 300€
- Bottle of Champagne BCM: 30€
- Registration for the BCM drive: 55€ per person

At the site of the abbey and town of Stavelot, not far away from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
